Cancellation policy

All BMC Wellness Academy trainings, programs and activities are intentionally limited in size. Enrollment in any training, program or activity secures a reserved seat that is removed from availability upon registration. By enrolling in a training, program or activity, participants acknowledge that their reservation directly impacts training, program or activity capacity and the Academy’s ability to accept other applicants.

Because of this, we must enforce a FIRM cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Participant
Before Program Start
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• More than 30 days before start date: Payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, may be issued as a credit only toward a future program. No cash refunds will be issued.

The Academy is not responsible for a participant’s inability to attend for any reason, including personal, medical, scheduling, or financial circumstances.

Once the training, program, or activity has begun, all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of:
• Withdrawal
• Non-attendance
• Injury, illness, or personal circumstances
• Non-completion of the program

This reflects the immediate and ongoing costs incurred by the Academy upon training, program or activity  commencement.
